Alexia.Thank you, but my IT administrator tells me that there is nothing wrong with our mail server, which is Google Apps. He also says that there is no way that the Google SMTP mail server could change the destination email address. And I see that I am not the only one with this problem, as Haydenkirk posted the same issue on this thread above. What can you do to diagnose the problem?

Alexiathe From email is (Email address hidden if logged out) , which is the account that is used for SMTP authentication. The To email address is (Email address hidden if logged out) . The emails are sent, but they sometimes go to the wrong address.

Alexia.Thank you for your response, but that is not the problem. The problem is that the messages occasionally go to the wrong address. Instead of being sent to the email address specified in the Contact page, the message sometimes gets sent to one of the WP admin account addresses.

I’m talking about a video in this specific page http://prosourcenow.com that is inserted in a text box and plays by themselves in computers and visible in iphones but is NOT visible at all in IPADS.
So, Ismael told me to insert my video inside the video element, and then I created a testing page to do so, called: http://prosourcenow.com/testing-video/
And this is a testing page that I created with a video inserted inside the video element in the advance layout builder. I can´t put this video in a Slider because is NOT visible in ipads and iphones.
So, in the video element is not a way to activate the autorotation. I know is not possible to activate the video in iphones and iPads, but at least I need to activate the autorotation in Computers because inserting the video inside the video element, even in the computers I have to activate manually. I don´t know if I need some css code or other customization.

I got it. I put the video inside the video element, in a page for a test, called http://prosourcenow.com/testing-video/ and now it is visible in iPad, but does not play automatically as on the home page ( In home page http://prosourcenow.com/ is inside a text block and does not work in iPad, but is a reference for you to know what I´m talking about if you check it from your computer) and when finish, disappear . How can I fix this issue?
Also, will be possible to delete the bar bellow the video and only play automatically and stop without disappearing?You are awesome helpers!! Thank you so much,

I used the free software you sent me to transcode the video, but still not working. My client does not want Youtube or Vimeo. Another suggestion?
