i downloaded the updated version 4.8.1 from themeforest and uploaded it via ftp (all the folders were overwritten).
it’s still giving me the same blank spaces though.
i also tried to disable child theme but it didn’t solve the problem.
could you pls give me some alternative solution?

actually as i’ve written, to reproduce the results i just open the page for the first time on my browser and the font showing is not the right one.
My friend did the same from a different browser and pc.So, what coud it be? Can it be something to deal with google chrome settings in italy about cookies?

to reproduce the results you just need to open the paghe for the first time on your browser.
I tried from my desktop and from a friend’s and the result is the same: on the first opening the font is not correct.Please let me know what could be. I have this Issue only on Enfold websites (https://www.lamachine.it/ and https://www.angolofioritopisa.it/). I guess it depends on how Enfold cookie settings work. Could that be so?

I see for the zoom option. What about the product gallery? Is that also available only if using classic editor?

thank you for your reply. If I add “Griglia di Prodotti” as suggested I got the list of all the products available in the shop. Maybe it was me who misguided you to the wrong solution because I was not clear. Anyway, I need instead the Image gallery and zoom options for the single product, that is the possibility to zoom in the image of the product in the product page, and the thumbnails of other images (related to the same product) also in the product page, under the main image.Looking forward to your answer.

unfortunately I have the same issue.
I have no lightbox plugin, and tried both ticking and unticking the box on Enfold Option: “Lightbox Modal Window”.
I also tried both Enfold Theme Options -> Shop Options->Product gallery -> Enfold Default and Enfold Theme Options -> Shop Options->Product gallery -> Woocommerce 3.0, while purging all chaches, but it makes no difference. I still see only the main picture, without zoom and without additional images below (gallery).
