Hi,
Yes it did. But it is strange cause on this page: http://www.alcadis.nl/v2/agendas/seminars/ I use the same plugin and the sidebars work like they should. And it works on our old website also: http://www.alcadis.nl/agenda/
But for some reason I cannot get it to work properly on this page.
March 14, 2017 at 4:53 pm in reply to: Sidebar not showing on the correct place on event page Events Manager Pro #760846Hi,
It seems like The Events Manager plugin is causing this issue. Although I have made a support ticket there too, they said it might be an issue caused by the theme. Not sure which steps I should follow next…

I have generated a new password which you can find in the private section, hopefully now you will be able to log in.

We have had some minor issue with the hosting, but it is all fixed now and the link should work fine now.

Thanks for the quick reply. The page where this issue occurs is: http://www.alcadis.nl/v2/agenda
And the sidebar is called “Agenda”I have added the admin info in the private section.
Thanks for having a look!

Hi,
Ah I forgot we have blocked access from different IP adresses due to some hacking issues. I dont think we can lift this block at the moment.
Are you sure you were hovering over the New Babylon Meeting Center logo? Cause when I hover over this logo it is showing the URL of the logo left to it which is ‘De Swaneburg’.I saw another person with the same issue, but there is no answer to that yet. Maybe I wait till there is a solution there or is there any other way you could investigate this issue?
Hi Yigit,
The link to the page is: http://www.alcadis.nl/over-alcadis/referenties/See private section for admin login.
Thanks!
Hi all,
Sorry to interrupt, but is it possible to move this thread to another? I keep getting notifications, but my problem has been solved since the last update.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Greetings,
AlcadisHi Yigit,
I was afraid of that.
Anyways although it is kinda urgent since we have quite some visitors coming to our website, I will have to wait for your devs to find a solution :)
Could you please let me know as soon as possible once they have found a solution, so I can apply the changes to the website myself?
Much appreciated,Alcadis
Hi Yigit,
Would it be possible for you to remote control my PC with teamviewer? It is going to be really hard to remove the accesslist and our technical director prefers to not remove the block regarding security issues. Please let me know if this is possible for you
I was afraid of that, cause we blocked external IP adresses from logging in on our website due to some hack issues.
I will call our hosting now to remove that and I will let you know when you can login.Hey Yigit,
I tried disabling all plugins and checked if that helped, but unfortunately it did not help.
I have created a temporary admin login for you, see in private for the details:Please let me know if you are able to login
Thanks in advance!
Hi guys,
I just made a topic about the same issue and my Enfold theme is updated to the latest version 3.4.6 and the pagination still does not work correctly.
I was not aware there was an update, did not get notified by this. I will try this out, thanks!
Yeah I have, but can’t seem to get it right. The website has been translated to Dutch with WPML, but for some reason it translates the breadcrumbs to Dutch too on the english website. And we translated the website with .po files and not the string translation plugin by WPML. But I cannot find an en_US.po/mo file anywhere on the server, so I do not know where to start looking. I was hoping you could help me with that.
Thanks in advance!
AlcadisHiya,
Sorry for the late reply. I installed Loco Translate, but it gave me an internal server error. Afterwards I downloaded POEDIT for desktop and was able to translate this string. So this thread can be closed, thanks!Kind Regards,
MertHi Josue,
This ticket can be closed. Chrome has trouble with rendering web fonts, the solution to fix this issue can be found here in case other people experience the same issue. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/22053010/google-webfonts-are-not-displaying-at-all-chrome-latest-version-mac

As I stated in my first post I have disabled all plugins and activated them one by one to see which plugin might be causing the bug. I found out that the Advanced Custom Fields plugin has a conflict with my Enfold theme. Their support is aware of this bug too. I also found out that some javascript is altering the DOM and causing this problem, but since I do not know if it is either an Enfold javascript or ACF javascript I made a ticket at both support site’s.
I would appreciate it if you guys could have a look too. Thanks!
Mert – AlcadisHi again,
We have just discovered that some Javascript is altering the DOM. With a chrome extension called Javascript Switcher I have disabled the javascript on my website and the bug disappears. The moment I turn JS back on and refresh the page the bug is starting to occur again. I hope this information will be useful.
Hi Rikard,
The issue occurs randomly and as far as I have tested it, it only happens in Chrome. I just took the latest blog post of ours (http://www.alcadis.nl/wifinity-voorziet-zuiderzeemuseum-van-wi-fi-met-ruckus-wireless/) and refreshed the page and the issue immediately occured. The issue triggers either when the page is refreshed, but I have also heard colleagues say the page showed up with the issue directly.
Could you please have a look at it again?
Thanks!
Hi Rikard!
It is solved now! I just had to update my enfold theme :)
Thanks again for your time!
Greetings,
MertGoodmorning,
The link to the website is http://www.alcadis.nl. But the issue occurs on pages such as: http://www.alcadis.nl/oplossingen/wi-fi-oplossingen/ and posts such as http://www.alcadis.nl/wi-fi-alliance-over-wi-fi-en-smart-homes/.
As I mentioned before it happens when I reload my page a couple times, but I have heard from colleagues that they see the hyperlinks messed up on the page directly too when they visit the website.
Thanks in advance!
Mert – AlcadisHi Elliott,
The problem was indeed the robots.txt file that was blocking the CSS and JS from loading. I have slightly adjusted the robots.txt file and now we are mobile friendly :)
Thanks for your help!
Mert – Alcadis
I forgot to mention that this occurs in Chrome and on normal pages too, I havent experienced this in Firefox.
I would greatly appreciate your help,
Thanks in advance!
Mert – Alcadis
Thanks a lot!
This is exactly what I needed. Problem is solved now.
I have found a different solution to my problem. Chaning some settings in Event Manger fixed the problem. Only thing is, on the category page, the sidebar disappeared. So now I need to call a specific sidebar.
I’ll make a new topic, since it’s a different problem.
Thanks for the help.
You can mark this as resolved.
Thanks,
I tried this, but for some reason it doesn’t effect the category pages. However, when I remove the !is_single() from the if statement, it does change the titles of single events. Meaning this solution should be able to fix my problem.
I want to check if the page is an eventcategory. If yes, $args[‘title’] should be equal to the category title. Any idea on how to do this?
