Perfect, thank you. I was following the folder structure in the woocommerce plugin but this now works perfectly!
You can’t help me with how to customise the layout of Woocommerce integrated into your theme?
I’ve done some more digging and the question might be slightly different than I thought.
I’ve customised some of the Woocommerce php pages, such as content-single-product.php.
These files are in my Enfold-child folder, which is my active theme, and they mirror the folder structure of the Woocommerce plugin folder.
Previously, my files would automatically be used in place of the standard ones. This doesn’t seem to be happening anymore.
Second to that, the single-product page doesn’t seem to be working at all.Same problem for me – catalogue page works fine, individual products show nothing at all.
If this isn’t possible – how do I go back a version? My catalogue is currently not working at all!
enfold/woocommerce/includes/content-single-product.php
But those folders no longer exist, nevermind the file.
They have all been disabled already because the theme isn’t looking for that folder structure, or that file name. So my products aren’t displayed at all, with or without my version of the files.
Sorry – you’re absolutely right, it’s the quotes!
Thanks for getting back so quickly. Why would basic HTML need customisation to work?
Great, that worked nicely, thanks.
Ignore the two column thing, I’ll stick with three for simplicity.
The only thing left is the colour. If I use the code above to change the background colour I lose the rollover effect. Any way to keep that?
Yep, that gets rid of the labels (which you can do in the form design anyway), but as I said, the spacing is wrong then – have a look at the site at the moment and you’ll see that the Submit button sits lower than everything else.
It also doesn’t solve the two column issue.
It’s in the settings so easiest to give you a login.
Hi,
It does look fine at the minute because I’ve left it as per the instructions. But I’m trying to remove the labels, remove the Name box and change the colour of the button.
No I agree, that’s why I was confused. On looking into it further it seems that the issue is in fact that the active theme had been changed from my Enfold Child to the standard Enfold installation which for some reason looses all the widget settings.
Don’t suppose anyone changed the active theme?
Ah, great thanks. Apologies for the daft mistake!
Sure.
Hi Elliot,
Yep – I’m not using any shortcodes, the page is set in the settings.
The page is http://www.ofas.org.uk/products/
That’s good to hear, and as you see the metrics are great. What if you load the Directory page?
Tried that but no change.
Would it be better to have no blog defined in the settings at all?
Ah ha!! Thank you! All done.
Amazing – thanks a lot!!!
This is the “Products” page. How do I stop it showing the category “Featured” in the red box, but still have those products showing inside the other categories they are in?
No, the main catalogue page is set to display the categories rather than individual products. I have a category called Featured to use on the front page Product Grid, but that means that on my catalogue page there is a link to the Featured category which I don’t want.
That will work for the main catalogue page, but the category pages are created on the fly so I can’t modify them.
Ok, thanks anyway, please close.
The URL is now http://www.ofas.org.uk/products

Sorry, have moved it to production.
