it shows now! Just the Enfold update was needed. We fixated the old working version before. Now it’s the current version with the problems:
– header with shop button
– blog postsYou can see our normal website as comparison to the staging.

Thanks for your reply! It is not fixed! Just rolled back to Enfold 4.8.3 until there is a solution.

i installed the envato market plugin and it worked finally!

Hi Victoria,
i follwed all steps and created a new Token but its still not working, because the creator buyed the Theme with a diffrent account and we are not able to login any more. In my opinion we have got only two options:
1. Buy the Enfold theme via our new account
2. Get the credentials to login our old account and create a Envato TokenBest regards,

Error when i revalidate our token:
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
