Hi Andy,
I’m not going to get into an argument about this. But i must say you didn’t clearly read my last message. NO PLUGINS just the THEME. also the same WordPress version. Do you understand this ???
In any case we are WP developers and have a vast knowledge on writing plugins and customising WordPress.
I would like to have kriesi’s email to make a formal complain about your last message: quote “It seems that you don’t understand how the world of WordPress is working in general”. We currently look after 4500+ WordPress site and our world of WordPress is real.

Hi Andy,
I’m not sure I believe it could be caused by 100 different things. We have done extensive testing with different releases starting with 3.3 all the was up to 3.8. The test was only the theme with no plugins. And the problem seems to have started from 3.7.
Please explain your 100 different things.
regards
Alekswill do,
this ticket can be closed.
Thanks for your help
Hi,
We also found out that the issue was with Cloudflare, we tried the suggestion from the other thread and found the contact form then worked.
we also found if you delete the Cloudflare setting recommended in the thread and clear the Cloudflare cache, and delete the WordPress page with the form on it. then recreate a new page with the form, it still works, a bit odd. maybe Cloudflare learns from the last events.
Thank you for the pointer to the thread.
Kind regards
AleksHi
As per my last comment, the bit of CSS seems to have fixed the issue.I was asking why/how was it broken from other releases, it worked ok from 3.3.x, but from 3.7.x it was broken, why
regards
Alekshi Please see below
I have created a test contact us page at https://fluffycloudhosting.com/test-contact-us
Hi,
That bit of CSS seems to have fixed it.
Way was it changed???
AK
Hi
Did you look at the screen shots i provided???
They you can see clearly the difference between the 2 tables.
We can’t add that bit off css as it move the table on the screen and not the content of the tables.
Please look at the screen shots
AK
Hi
It’s clear that you haven’t read my messages and only the last one
Please read the first and second messages sent from me.
It’s not about sending from the contact form, it’s about
AK
we have had to remove the CSS fro the FluffyCloudHosting.com, as it was upsetting the front page layout
Hi We tried it on another site
http://www.fluffycloudhosting.com/cookie-policy
There you will see the same problem as the other site, all the table fields get the same size
If you wan login let me know and we will set up an account
Just to give you an update:
If we create a new page with just the contact form on it, it works fine. as soon as we add a text box and save it, then view it, it looks fine, but when we edit the page and save it, the contact form goes back to it’s default config.

Hi don’t you need to see the issue before fixing it lol
the site is currently using and older version of enfold that works. It’s the current one that doesn’t
if you let me know when to upgrade to the latest version of enfold you will see all the table cell are the same size
hi
sorry for the delay
the url for the working site is http://www.f1xx.com
there you will see tables correctly formated
we can then upgrade and you will see them not formated
regards
Hi we just downgraded from 3.7.1 back to 3.3.2 and it works, so there is something with 3.7.1 breaking the tables
Hi we also have the problem with the countdown. It seems to append a S after the day number, we have tried the manually way eg 03/09/2016 & 3/9/2016 & 09/03/2016 & 9/3/2016 and it still not working.
Hi,
Can you tell me if the new update 3.4.5 has the fix for the above problem, if not when can we expect a fix for it, as it’s been awhile.
Cheers
Aleks
Cheers, thank you
Hi
Did you manage to see the problem on our test server?
AK
HI,
After many hours of testing, re-creating databases, up loading product files, manually configuring and setting up woocommerce and enfold.
We have been able to reproduce the problem.
There is one small parameter that is set in WooCommerce that breaks the product slider, which is:
Under WooCommerce, then Products, then Inventory –
Out Of Stock Visibility (when this is ticked) Hide out of stock items from the catalog, it kills the product slider. We have tested this on our live system and it works. but we don’t want to show out of stock product.
If you wan to play with this you can see it on our test server, details below: also our live server http://www.retrofrocks.com/test
It’s been a very long day of testing and debugging, please have a look, you can do what you like on the test server (www.socialmediajungle.uk), it’s now 1:00am in the morning, off to bed now, Please have a fix for this soon.
will give it a go.
We are are also looking into how the product data looks when it is imported.
will keep you posted
Hi,
So what we found is if we re-create everything from free, it still fails.
The last option we had was to look at enfold and see if there was something there, we have a version 2.9.2 and just uploaded it over the current release.
The test show that the slider started working, was also delete the products data base and manually entered some products and it seems to work
please can you send me or give me access to 3.3.xx
Hi, Thanks for the reply
We have now managed to make it fail on a clean installation.
We are just trying to track down which element caused the failure.
So far we have a clean database, with stock import, a clean enfold installation and woocommerce installed.
will keep you posted on events.
cheers
Just an update.
We imported all the the date on top of our test server, this was now identical to the live server, apart from a new base level installation of wordpress / woocommerce and enfold.
On testing the product slider, we found that it failed, and produced the same results as the live server.
We are now going to try one last thing. Rebuild the test server with a new wordpress / woocommerce & enfold, Import all the products, as a simple standard setup, only using the woocommerce pages, which we know works, as per my last message.
Then will will manually re-create all the pages and see where it fails. My feeling is that some where one of the pages is causing a conflict somewhere or there is something in the mySQL database that is being used that maybe causing a conflict. Will keep you posted.
By the way we upgraded our PHP to 5.5.20 as well.
