I tested it on some different devices, on some it woks – on some it doesn´t – and I cleard cache on every device before I tested it.
also the font of your screenshot is NOT roboto font;
you see it on the letter “e” on your screenshot the e on the rightside, where it´s opened ends horizontally, at roboto font it ends beveled.For all headings and text areas!!
Your colleque said it´s all helvetica neue >> it should be all roboto font, like it´s uploaded and saved at font settings.
You have login data please have a look and tell me how it can be resolved quickly.I had to add it because of gdpr in europe; it´s not allowed to load fonts from google. So, why doesn´t it work? How can I relove this?

On smartphones and desktop the background of header is white, like I set it on theme settings.
On tablet high the background is black.
How can I change this?Thank you. On landing page it works, but on portolio pages the content gets cut off at the bottom.
Maybe you can have a look on it.
