You can close this ticket. The developers weren’t able to get your code working, but they figured out a workaround.
Thank you!!
AbbyNovember 20, 2020 at 2:20 am in reply to: Using Wholesale Order Plugin – Add to Cart Not Displaying Properly #1261701I haven’t heard back from the plugin developers yet. If I close the ticket, can I reply and re-open it if needed, or will I have to start a new ticket?
Thanks!

Thank you so much!
November 16, 2020 at 6:16 pm in reply to: Using Wholesale Order Plugin – Add to Cart Not Displaying Properly #1260760Did you perform the steps exactly as I did? On the Order Form Page, place an item from *below* the slider in the cart. The popup preview only says “Product” when added to cart – not the name of the product. See my incorrect.jpg screenshot above.
I just tried this and it’s still an issue.
November 13, 2020 at 6:50 pm in reply to: Using Wholesale Order Plugin – Add to Cart Not Displaying Properly #1260378My apologies. The account I sent you was not a Wholesale Customer. I have created an account for you.
However, the issue happens even when you’re not logged in as a Wholesale Customer.

Sorry, I wasn’t clearer. If you click on the products in the scroller and add to cart, it displays as it should.
If you add the products below the slider to cart initially, (before adding the products in the scroller), you’ll see it add only “Product” to cart.
Once you add a product from the scroller to cart, the products below the scroller will work as they should.
Let me know if you need more information.

The “Inquire Today” box is what I had in mind.

At this point I’m still test driving the software. :) Definitely not afraid of a little CSS. I appreciate the level support and response time so far. I’m very impressed!
Login info posted below.
Thanks!
AbbyFebruary 19, 2018 at 6:32 pm in reply to: Adding a contact form on top of a background image #914447Hi Nikko,
I tried both the 1/4 column and adding the form itself but it’s breaking out of the 250px height defined Color Section. How do I adjust/reduce the overall height of the contact form to fit inside a section?
Thanks,
