Hello,
On the second link the video doesn’t load and shows half a screen of gray and half a screen of black. You can see it fine on your end, so I don’t know what advice you can give if you cannot see what the problem is, so let’s focus on the 1st link (the home page).
On the 1st link, this is what it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/dWAss and yes it is set for transparent header.
Yes have cleared the cache, checked on other browsers, had friends check and they all see the same thing (except for the people on Safari who don’t see the video running at all)….,
I was hoping by now someone would have logged in to take a quick glance and see what may be wrong. I don’t mean to be rude, but I just don’t want to go back and forth day after day and you asking if I did this and that and me replying I did (or didn’t).
Can someone please just use the credentials I sent three days ago and take a quick glance to see if you can spot the problem? It’s your theme and you may see right away if I missed some setting. I would appreciate it.

I know it’s been awhile and I’ve been trying to use the fix in the link you sent, and researching your forum. I cannot make this work. Not only do the social icons show as broken links, but also the back to top button, the mobile hamburger icon, and any mouseover images. If someone can please login with credentials provided previously and assist I would appreciate it.

Update: The Enfold child theme seems to be part of the issue. I created my own chld theme, and now at least the pictures show up on the home page, but not your slider from the pagebuilder (the Full Screen slider under Media Elements). The only way to get the slider to show is to revert back to the original theme – but child themes are obviously very important so you don’t have to put in all the settings anytime the theme updates. Is there some problem with child themes picking up all the settings? What could possibly be the conflict with a child theme that the slider will not show on the front page?
In my previous notes you can see I have already done this. Several times. No matter WHAT I name the page that I assign to the “frontpage” it strips out all the images and your pagebuilder Full Width Slider. I can’t even show a completed website to my client as it has nothing on the home page but text. I’ve been trying to get this resolved, but as you stated you can’t figure it out. This is very frustrating – I picked this theme because it was so highly rated and this is one of our biggest clients and your staff can’t figure out what’s wrong when you go in the back and look around. Has this happened to anyone else? How did they resolve it? Please help me find a solution to this. I can’t switch themes at this point. There are only a few plugins, all are disabled. The theme is updated to the latest version, but the “Frontpage” does not work. Please assist.
I apologize for being so persistant and writing again – I know you have a lot of topics to answer, but I’m just really stressing as this is a big account and the client is not happy that they haven’t seen the website yet, but I cannot show it with no images or slider on the home page. Right before I was going to send them the link, parts of the home page just suddenly disappeared. I didn’t “do” anything for this to happen. Please see if the login in the previous note works to see if you can find out why the header settings and slider and images do not show on the home page. As I said before – I’ve tried creating a new home page (the tab is at the left of the menu at the top called Caicos) – the heading style shows, but the images do not. I appreciate your time. No matter what I do, I can’t get the slider or images to show on the homepage – yet they are all showing on the back end. Any advice on what might be causing this? Even recreating a new home page doesn’t work.UPDATE:
I’ve updated to the latest theme version, still the home page is missing the slider images and any other images on the page. The heading style settings are not working either. I started a new page, and that shows what the heading is supposed to look like. The same issue with the images though, but at least on that new page I could see the slider navigation arrows. (reference link below).When I updated the theme, the slider showed for just a moment, but when I switched to child theme it was gone. I switched back to Enfold and it disappeared from there as well. Any assistance would be appreciated.
