With Firefox I get blank page,
With Chrome, 500 Internal error!
can’t you connect to the server with the temporary account? I also provide ftp and cpanel settings in the private section.

I’dont know how to PM in this forum so appologies to moderators!Hi @Rikard my problem is solved by downloading a new copy of theme and overwrite it with the files of the broken one.
And for now i use a child theme .
all my settings and menu disposition losted. I’m trying again.

my website was down and nobody to help me what else thing could I do a part posting multiple times.i’ve allready deleted the .maintenance file without any change on my situation.
I’ve deleted the upgrade folder in wp-content with the same result!
The errors has gone but my enfold theme wasn’t present in themes list.No assistance no knowledge no english as my default language, I was alone. i’ve checked if you have phone number to call you but no phone number.
I’ dont know if your theme is for the professionals developper but my case, i’m a beguiner and my website is for my entreprise. 24h with a website down is not correct.
Conclusion: Without assistance I decided to download again a new instance of enfold and tried to merge all differents files between the broken theme online with the new downloaded one, file by file and one by one. By this way the main elements of my web are back.

This morning everythings are ok.
The tab section element is working but i Can send you setting you need for checking! I’m a new user of your beatiful theme.
My web site is my first experience. so when you will be connected have a general look plesaseWhat is alb? in my tab content field i got 2 1/2 colons . in the first i put an image in the second i put just a special header text ( 10 tabs with icon)
Il dont Know how to make a backup of a project on WordPress this project is my first one.
After mistakes like this I’ve done, I think I’ll pay attention for the next step projects.
I suppose it’s a lesson for me if you can show me the correct way for making backups I’ll will be very helpful

Would you like to go back to the design just before you imported the demo?
That is what I want; My web site was finished and I see a new demo on endfold theme options, so I have tried to import that new demo to see how some éléments has been made. After that when i go back to the website and all my pages ar changes without my built elements
Today I have a presentation of the site but nothing is ready and im doing a new design but it will never be like the first one!
