thanks for your prompt answer.Ref your solution: At no risk for the current theme settings? My customer likes things to be perfect and i do not want to take any risk regarding the existing site updating the theme. I’m a bit ill at ease to be honest.
I use enfold with a child theme. The which should i replace?

simply to let you know that spam attack (200-400 a day) seems to have stop. For the community, what i’ve done:
– Installed Akismet
– Installed reCAPTCH V3 with a 0.3 profile
– Suppressed, to make a knew one, the contact page
– Will delete the spammed mailbox and create a new one.Coulnd’t obtain my smtp pwd…

JMLittle question: I’m willing to try your suggestion using smtp pushmail. I’ve lost my smtp pwd and should be able to reset a new one. Can it affect my website or simply attached mailbox? If reseting the smtp pwd, do I take risk regarding the website in itself?

I’ve upgraded Enfold to 4.8.7 with a valide token, re-installed the latest WP release and it stil doesn’t work. I went then to upgrade PHP from 7.3.31 to 7.4, but OVH doesn’t support it, yet. But by the way, I’d be surprised that OVH websites running PHP 7.3 are down, no?(The footer of the contact page seems to be wrong…may be an indication??)
