That worked perfect. You’re awesome! Thanks so much.

That resolved the issue. It was defaulting to “Theme Color Subtle” which seems to be pure white (as opposed to being a subtle version of the main blue theme color that I’m using). I would have assumed that subtle would be a lighter blue or something, but apparently not. Thanks.

July 22, 2015 at 10:38 pm in reply to: Problem with Menu and Title when Resizing Web page (Responsiveness) #477394Hi Dake. That looks great! Thanks so much. I have one final question and then I think we are all set. Is it possible to have a little padding between the title and the breadcrumb when the width of the page is resized. You will see that the two are practically touching each other as you resize the page to a lower width. Thanks!
July 22, 2015 at 8:32 pm in reply to: Problem with Menu and Title when Resizing Web page (Responsiveness) #477320My apologies. I think I might have accidentally overwritten what you did, since I think I might have been editing the quick css page at the same time that you were and overwrote what you did when I hit save. Can you please write out what the code is here in your response, so I can re-insert it into the site?
July 22, 2015 at 6:51 pm in reply to: Problem with Menu and Title when Resizing Web page (Responsiveness) #477268Hi Dake, Thanks for the reply. Is it possible to use CSS that will only reduce the font size of the main menu to 12px when the website is being viewed at a smaller width, but still keep it at 15px when it is viewed at a larger width? If so, please advise on what would need to be added to the Quick CSS.
Also, in regards to the line height of the title, it looks great in mobile view, but it is still spaced out when viewed at a size that is in between mobile width and desktop width (please try resizing the browser window and you will see what I mean). Is there something else that needs to be altered to ensure the line height is consistent regardless of the particular width of the page being viewed?
Hello. I disabled all of the plugins and they weren’t the cause. I determined what the cause was, I was using the following code to remove some of the excess white space that was being shown at the bottom of the blog grid:
/*Removes excess space at bottom of blog slider grid (Behavior Charts)*/
.page-id-24802 .avia-content-slider, .avia-content-slider-inner {
overflow: inherit;
}What is odd is that that code works fine so long as I am not displaying any responsive adsense widgets on that page. It’s only when the page has that css code + the responsive adsense widgets that the blog grid becomes “uncliclickable”. Do you have any alternative code that I can use to minimize the white space that is shown at the bottom of that page (in between the end of the blog post grid and the advertisement that is below it). Thanks!
That css code works great. If we later decide to keep the categories, but only want to have the parent categories displayed, is there any code that can be used for that (e.g., show parent categories, but hide all child categories)?
Hello. You can view the full width blue button on this page:
http://latitudes.org/behavior-charts/I have also updated the theme to the latest version, but the problem still persists.
I have included my login details in case you need to investigate the issue.

1) I would prefer to adjust the margins/font size, However, in case that doesn’t end up looking good, I would also be interested in knowing the option for switching to the mobile version too. That way I can try both out to see which option looks best.
2) I tried using the code that you provided in quick CSS (and altered the line height), but it didn’t change anything. I’m providing my login info in the Private Content area in case you want to try yourself.
Thank you.
July 21, 2015 at 4:26 pm in reply to: Problem getting sidebar widget padding to match on blog area and home page area #476602Hi Ismael. I tried that code and it did not change what I am trying to fix.
I am providing two images below to show you the white space that I am referring to. I put a little red bar on the left area of each image to show you the difference in the amount of white space that is shown:
Sample Post: http://snag.gy/1kIt4.jpg
Actual Post URL: http://latitudes.org/a-key-evolution-in-the-understanding-of-adhd/Sample Page (has excess white space above the content of the page): http://snag.gy/Fba2U.jpg
Actual Page URL: http://latitudes.org/donate/I would like to reduce the amount of white space on that top area of the page (as indicated by that red bar that I inserted into the image).
Thank you.
Hi Andy,
This is how it is supposed to look (if you scroll down to the bottom of the image you will notice that the blue book is visible in the single column version of the mobile page): http://snag.gy/tRNzU.jpg
However, this is how it currently looks when I have the Enfold theme activated (I inserted a red arrow into the image to show how the blue book is being cut off on the upper right area): http://snag.gy/zr7HV.jpg
Please advise on how we can get the book to show up in one single column as shown in my first link above.
Thanks!
July 21, 2015 at 3:42 pm in reply to: Problem With Vertical Alignment of an Ad in a Text Block #476566Hello. I don’t see any line breaks when viewing the code in the text tab of the editor. Can you please take a look to see for yourself? I am providing my login information in the Private Content area for you to take a look. Thanks.
Hello. I have provided the login information in the Private Content area.

Hi Basilis. Thanks for the reply. I was able to get the responsive ads to show up using a custom sidebar widget within the page builder. However, doing so makes the blog grid that is displayed on that page “unclickable” (i.e., it takes away the hyperlinks on all of the titles and images in the blog post grid). As soon as I remove the custom sidebar widget from the page builder, then it all works fine again and you are able to click on the thumbnails to view the blog posts.
Are there any other solutions that can be used? I definitely need the ability to be able to display responsive Google Adsense Ads on a pages that also display our blog post grid.
You can see the problem by going to the following page and trying to click on one of the blog posts in the blog post grid.

July 20, 2015 at 6:42 pm in reply to: Using Shortcodes to Differentiate Content on Mobile and Desktop Version #476013Thanks so much. The shortcode from that page was just what I needed! Worked great!
Hi Basilis. Thanks for the reply. OK. I understand about not providing support. Can you at least please tell me the specific CSS files and the specific Javascript files that Enfold uses for its shortcodes? I will try to work out things on my own with integrating once I am at least able to locate those files from within the theme. Thanks!
July 20, 2015 at 1:30 pm in reply to: Problem getting sidebar widget padding to match on blog area and home page area #475774Thanks, but I see that when I adjust .content, it makes the changes to lots of other places on the site (including posts). I just want to be able to control the padding at the top of pages only. Is there any css that is specifically assigned to just the pages only (that does not affect the top padding of posts)?
Sorry. Please scroll down to the grid on this page and you will see the white empty box area within the blog posts grid:
http://latitudes.org/behavior-charts/Thanks that worked great! You can mark this as resolved.
Thanks. I added the code and it made the post go away from the post grid, but now there is an empty space. See before and after here:
Before: http://snag.gy/KgXXO.jpg
After: http://snag.gy/UgJH4.jpgAny suggestions on how to make it simply skip that post in the feed, so that there isn’t any empty blank areas in the feed?
Thanks!
July 18, 2015 at 6:37 pm in reply to: Problem getting sidebar widget padding to match on blog area and home page area #475289Thanks. I see that I can use that to adjust the padding of the widget on the right side of the pages.
However, what I would like to do is to adjust the padding at the top of the actual page itself without affecting the padding on other areas of the site (e.g., not affecting posts, etc).
Pleas advise.
July 17, 2015 at 8:33 pm in reply to: Problem getting sidebar widget padding to match on blog area and home page area #475147Thanks. Putting your code in addition to this tweak that I made to the following code resolved the issue on the sidebar:
.widget {
padding: 10px 0 40px 0;
}The only issue I notice now, is that the tops of my pages aren’t lining up with the top of the side bar (there is a big white gap area). The posts, archives, home page, etc.all match up fine with the top of the widget area (it’s just the pages that don’t match up).
I tried modifying this code, but it affected the posts all well, which then made the posts not line up.
.content {
padding-top: 50px;
padding-bottom: 50px;
-webkit-box-sizing: content-box;
-moz-box-sizing: content-box;
box-sizing: content-box;
min-height: 1px;
z-index: 1;
}Is there some other code that I can adjust to remove the extra padding from the top of all the “pages” only (without affecting other areas of the site)?
Here is an example page:
http://latitudes.org/donate/Please advise.
Thanks!

Ok. Just to make sure we are both on the same page, I can use the style.css file within the Child theme to do the following:
1) Copying over and editing existing pieces of CSS (that are already part of the parent theme’s css file). For example, if I right click something on my website and inspect the element in Google Chrome and then copy that code over to the style.css file in the Child theme to tweak it.
2) Coping over and editing existing pieces of CSS (that are part of a plugin’s css file). For example, if I right click on something on my website (related to a plugin) and inspect the element in Google Chrome and then copy that code (from the plugin’s css file) over to the style.css file in the Child theme to tweak it.
I just wanted to make sure that the style.css file in the Child theme behaves the exact same way that a custom.css file would work if I were not using a child theme.
Thanks!
That worked great. Thanks!
The thumbnail upscale plugin worked great. You can mark as resolved. Thanks.
