My web host (1&1) seems to block the editor panel on wordpress sites; it seems the source files are only editable through the FTP server.
What file(s) should I check?

We’ve update the theme, but it seems not fix our problems

The upgrade is not proposed anywhere. How could I proceed ?

This is the list of the action we tried, following the advice from other posts :
* Lock the advanced editor
* Upgrade php version (7.3)
* Disable all plugins
* Add override function to hide editor, on functions.php

Wordpress version: 5.3.2
Enfold version: 4.5.7 (with a child theme)

I have created a new Admin “Enfold Staff” using (Email address hidden if logged out) .

Problem : Firstly I tried such an operation with an email account created to this end. Nothing happened : no mail was received with the information for logging. I hope this time something will happen.
Please, let me know.
