Elloitt, whoa….would completely deleting this theme and starting again mean we’d having to start afresh with the website? All configuration etc from scratch?
Thanks for your response Basilis. I’m not at all sure what “do replace the files through ftp” means exactly Should I go back to Envato and ask them to get their API working correctly? Is that the fix to this problem?
November 9, 2015 at 9:32 pm in reply to: Google search: Pages from Enfold theme showing up on search #532907Hi Andy. Thank you fro your response. I don’t think Yoast will affect the outcome. Would you mind answering one question: If I delete the template pages that came with the theme (and which I’m not using), and which I assume will prevent them from showing up on a Google search, can I retrieve those pages at a later date should I need them?
In other words, can they be selected put into the site at a later date?
Thanks again for your assistance.
Hi Elliot. Thank you for your response. I’ve checked the theme dashboard and it says “Themes Your themes are all up-to-date.” Is there another way to update the theme other than this?
I’ve manually checked on 9 different smart phones, Android and iPhone, and the theme will only load on 3 of these.
FYI: the only widget/plug-in I’ve loaded that did not come with the Theme are:
1.Average WYSIWYG Helper
2. Duplicate Post
3. Formidable Forms – form only, no add-ons such as mail chimp or paypalAny assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Hi Rikard, courld you respond to this please? It’s slowing down our enrolment process. Many thanks in advance.
I’ve tried that Rikard but still doesn’t work. I’m putting Enrol in the For Developers: Section ID box of the Colour Elements elements and this page (see below) just goes to the home page. Grrrr!
Hi Elliott. Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried Enrol < div id=”Enrol”></div > and #Enrol and none seem to work. Any chance you’d know what html to use? I assume I’m putting it in the “For Developers: Section ID box.”
November 1, 2015 at 2:04 am in reply to: Social Media Widgets – Transparent – Footer + Slider #528034Worked perfectly first time. Thanks again, Josue.
October 31, 2015 at 1:21 pm in reply to: Social Media Widgets – Transparent – Footer + Slider #527898Thanks Josue. Looks so much better. I’ve put the links to the social media accounts in the Enfold section and those links work well in the “socket” above th ehader but not in the footer. Does this mean I’ll have to manually link to each social media account and if so, could you show me the HTML code?
Many thanks in advance.
October 31, 2015 at 5:41 am in reply to: Social Media Widgets – Transparent – Footer + Slider #527852Thank you Josue. The icons are now in the footer but they look ugly. Is there a better way to do this?
I want them to look more like these: (see below)Thank you Josue. Worked like a charm!
Ah, thanks so much. Greatly appreciated.
