I’d like to use the function that @Ismael posted earlier but I’m not sure if I’m doing it right or not :)
I installed a snippet (WP Code Snippet) plugin and copied Ismael’s code into a new snippet, then published it, but nothing happened.

Alternatively, what is “use the wp_head hook” and how do I go about it/ how do I do it?

I’ll now try to add the code of another live chat service (tawk.to) to see if that show up or not and understand at this point if it’s a chat software issue, a mistake I’m making somewhere inside Enfold or…

Thank you. I added the code as you explained yet the drift chat still doesn’t seem to show up.
I added the snippet via the WP Code snippet plugin but no success.

Any idea what else could I do?

I seem to have found where to place the javascript, i.e. in the “Header & footer” plugin installed on the site and it looks like the chat widget is now loading?

When I add your CSS the hotel rooms lists on the right of the page becomes stuck, I can only scroll down to a little bit of the page then it doesn’t load dynamically any other Hotel.
So I removed the CSS you gave me above. The hotel map on the left disappears when I scroll the page and doesn’t follow the scrolling list so it doesn’t stay visible, but I can scroll the list and view other rooms on the right.

Not sure if there is way to make it behave as in the original page.

Thank you, I tried but I’m unable to place it full width and have it behave correctly. I followed the instructions you gave me, but the page now is full width, however the map on the left is there but the hotels available on the right do not load correctly, they make the page scroll down, bringing the map on the right away and the hotels get stuck at the bottom.

See the difference between the original page and the one I built.

Can you maybe have a look?

regrettably, I need to find a solution quick and cannot wait 24 hours to try solve this with an answer, so I will proceed with a site restore to yesterday and will recreate the page element by element…

However, I filmed a screencast where I show you how the elements get messed up in the backend, so you see the live website, then the page in the ALB.

Please let me know if you’re familiar with this kind of issue and what the solution can be:

I haven’t deactivated anything, it just works on my phones.
Any clue on when will Enfold become fully compatible with WP 5.6?

I still see the black bars on Safari as a regular visitor, but in an incognito window on Chrome now it shows full screen as you say.
Thank you for your help. If on Safari there is no way to have it full screen that’s ok, I’ll live with that.
