I seem to have found where to place the javascript, i.e. in the “Header & footer” plugin installed on the site and it looks like the chat widget is now loading?
I did already and it looks perfect, thank you so much!
Fantastic @Guenni007! Problem solved, you’re a star!

Thank you @Ismael,
When I add your CSS the hotel rooms lists on the right of the page becomes stuck, I can only scroll down to a little bit of the page then it doesn’t load dynamically any other Hotel.
So I removed the CSS you gave me above. The hotel map on the left disappears when I scroll the page and doesn’t follow the scrolling list so it doesn’t stay visible, but I can scroll the list and view other rooms on the right. Not sure if there is way to make it behave as in the original page.
Thank you
Antonio
Hey @Ismael,
Thank you for your prompt reply. It does display full width now but if you scroll the original page and you scroll my page, you’ll see how the map to the left in the original page stays always present while scrolling the part on the right, where on my page when you scroll down the page, the map disappears.
Is there a way that you know that my page map can behave the same as the original page?
Thank you so much for your great support. Much appreciated.
Antonio
Hey @Ismael,
Thank you, I tried but I’m unable to place it full width and have it behave correctly. I followed the instructions you gave me, but the page now is full width, however the map on the left is there but the hotels available on the right do not load correctly, they make the page scroll down, bringing the map on the right away and the hotels get stuck at the bottom.
See the difference between the original page and the one I built.
Can you maybe have a look?
Thank you for your help

Hi Nikko!
THANK YOU soo much, this is awesome and great to know, so I won’t make the same mistake again. I’ve been doing that for years and never had an issue before, so good to know that things changed now.

November 30, 2021 at 11:39 pm in reply to: Backoffice ALB elements often messed up in pages #1331048Regrettably, even the site restore didn’t help because it restores to a version that is still reproducing the issue, so I’m in your hands now to try and solve this. :(
Thanks for your hopefully urgent help
November 30, 2021 at 11:11 pm in reply to: Backoffice ALB elements often messed up in pages #1331047Hi again,
regrettably, I need to find a solution quick and cannot wait 24 hours to try solve this with an answer, so I will proceed with a site restore to yesterday and will recreate the page element by element…
However, I filmed a screencast where I show you how the elements get messed up in the backend, so you see the live website, then the page in the ALB.
Please let me know if you’re familiar with this kind of issue and what the solution can be:

I flushed the cache using Siteground Optimizer plugin, yet the result is apparently still the same.Maybe you see a different result from your end?

Hi @Yigit,
looks as if it’s working now :)
I haven’t deactivated anything, it just works on my phones.
Any clue on when will Enfold become fully compatible with WP 5.6?
Thank you for the fix and for the great support, as alwaysAntonio
Thank you Yigit,
If you say that’s ok on Safari on your end, I’ll take it for a good one also for other viewers. You can consider the thread closed, thank you so much.
Antonio
Thank you @Yigit!
I still see the black bars on Safari as a regular visitor, but in an incognito window on Chrome now it shows full screen as you say.
Thank you for your help. If on Safari there is no way to have it full screen that’s ok, I’ll live with that.Antonio
Hi Rikard,
thank yo so much for the much needed clarification, I really appreciate.
You can consider the post closed, thank youHave a great day
Antonio
Thank you so much @Rikard! Really appreciate.
On a different note, I was thinking of opening the event to the public for free for the first hour and do that by copying the above code into a specific page within the Enfold website.
However, is it correct that if I -let’s say – enter into the page after one hour, delete the embedded player, then update the page, but viewers are still on the public page without refreshing it, they will keep viewing the player and the broadcast?
If so, is there a way to block viewers of the page from viewing the content after one hour?
Thank you so much for your great help.

Thank you so much @Guenni007! :)
I opted for adding a drop shadow to the two images with PixelmatorPro (the software I use for images), as it’s a bit too hard for me as a non developer to understand how to transform the two images into the right fonts in a header (the second one being a logo, so harded to reproduce as a font).
Last question and then I’m done, how do I add the drop shadow instead of the 1px border around the “7th Edition Online…” header, so it creates a similar effect to that of the images? As you can see, I added the code provided by k358 above to the header, then changed the shadow size from 2px to 1px, but it looks still quite sharp instead of looking more as a shadow like in the two images above and below it.
Thank you again for all your help.
AntonioHi @Guenni007, I guess my mouse works with right click, as I haven’t hampered anything :)
As for heading, I was talking about the special heading on the page you saw, when you correctly noticed that there is both a special heading but also 2 png images for which a shadow would be needed.
Then you added a code for me to try, and I guess I should copy paste your code into the QuickCSS box within Enfold General Styling Settings, but from then on, I haven’t quite understood what to do next, to make the shadow show.
Thanks for any further help.
AntonioHi @Rikard,
I checked within the Special Heading element but I can’t find the “Advanced” and “Developer Settings” tab…where do I look?
Thank you.Thank you also @Guenni007 and @k358: I’m looking at your advice too, so I hope I’ll be able to fix this asap.
@Guenni007: to see if I get your suggestion right, I insert the code you gave me into the Enfold–>General Styling–>QuickCSS then I add a “shadow” (for example) Custom Class within the Special Heading content element tab? And if so, do I have to add the same “shadow” word somewhere in the code you gave me?Thank you for your help
Thank you @k358!
When you say: “then add stroke text class to anything” can you explain what do you mean (sorry, I don’t know what that is)?
Where do I add Stroketext?Hey Rikard,
Thank you so much! I didn’t know and now it works.
Thanks
Hi Vinay,
I didn’t get any messages you sent unfortunately,
I will try your suggestions and get back asap.
Thanks
Antonio
Any clue on this @Guenni007, @ismael, @Jordan Shannon?
