Thank you.

My hosting server won’t upgrade to php,7.0

I have another site with the same version wordpress and WooCommerce as the site in question and is working fine.

I’ve added a link for example the “size” variation box is not showing.

I’ve also added login credentials.

Thanks, Yes switching to parent theme seems to work fine.

I have just replaced the the header file and site still not fixed.

Hello Mike

I have just switched to Enfold parent theme and images/product info is working fine. The problem seems to occur when I switch to the child theme.

I have switched themes to WP default Twenty Seventeen and product description is showing. On the enfold theme I am having issue I have attached screenshot

That’s strange. Yes server link is correct. I am logged into the ftp via Winscp.
