Hello, the mobile Button don’t work again with the newest Enfold v4.0.2
If i click on the Hamburgermenu, nothing happ, only a “#” is attached in the link, if i try to click the Ham.
I send the config again as pictureBest

with the new update, this issue is not fixed. I have build with the submenu a small lexikon for my client. This doesn’t work in the right way as described in this query.
When is it fixed?

as i said: This is not only on this installation, it’s on all installations. Please check for unclosed tags.
With new version, #728339 is also not fixed. Not happy about that (since Oct 2016)
You have not the right to modify something in wordpress-core or something else on my clients page. It’s only for check to clarify the problem.

remove the color section in question and update your page. Then rebuild it again.
See post 1 from 21. Dec. I have renew all sections with only text input without styles – no result.
Send us admin access, so we can have a deeper look.
If two people with multiple accounts have the same problem: Is it not better, you inspect on your side, what is wrong?
Please check this at your side, before i send credentials from clients.

please take a look on the screenshot. Today, i haved created a color section on another clients page: Here the same result: The color section destroy something. I want to insert a new color section inside a Blog with sidebar. The content from sidebar was moved to the bottom of body content and all styles after the color sections was destroyed. Please check the coding of the color section. It’s something wrong.
The green fields from the one page are included again in the screenshots.I have added also a screenshot from Apple Phone. The first section is responsive, the last section (1/2 split) is not resonsive).

please read again:
The footer is a result of a broken style for my understanding. The error must comes from main body above. In the body block, the last green field is a 1/2 split which should also be responsive like the another green color sections above in this page. Your code block helps only for the footer on this page. As i have mentioned: all other footers are ok on this whole website. But this is now the second time with broken style.

I can’t understand, why is it not implemented in the new versions. In other words, Kriesi wants users to change your code independently?
I have 10 Enfold themes from you. And with every update i should update this and all of your clients? (And think further to all peoplewhich dont test this on all resolutions). This is not really the solution. And no, i dont want use child themes.Kriesi: Is it planned to implement this or is it a long term bug, forever?
It’s occurs only if the “Sticky Submenu” Checkbox is deactivated. But i need a sticky menu. Otherwise the Design is unclean.

see the attached two links. Make the screen smaller, so the HAM-Menue appearing, than try to click the menu. You can try also on cell phone. The menu is the same, only the sticky option is On and off. One menue will expand, the other not. Please change it at your side ASAP.

First, i click on partner element. Than, i want define a link, after that, i want defien anchor tag / link titel, but this fields collapse before i can do anything. Please check this

as i told you: please test it at your side. I cannot use a error-stuff on clients side. Sorry. I can send you the goal page with the sticky menu. Only if the HAM-Menu occuring by longer menue, than the Ham is not touchable or expandable.

haben Sie 3.7.1 installiert? Bei mir war noch 3.7 hinterlegt. Wenn Sie die alte Google Maps löschen, bitte machen Sie ein Seitenupdate, also die Seite nochmal speichern, nicht nur das Feld. Dann nochmal das neue Element einfügen. Bei mir funktioniert es auch nur, wenn ich in der Google-Api keine URL eintrage. bitte auch schauen, ob Sie Cache-Plugins benutzen. Dann bitte nochmal die Seite anschauen und mittels F5 nochmal laden.Cheers

i have a great and better solution for that and it would be nice, if you implement this in next version. This is the best solution ever. You should determine to give your users this as option in the next version for really responsive design. It’s your improvement:
Plugin is called “matchheight” from Autor: Neil GeeWorks full responsive and make enfold more responsive

As i have more than 9 Enfold Themes now at my and clients side, i have developed my own plugin. It’s available soon @ WordPress-plugs.de | SEO Plugins and more.
It’s in beta status and ready for test. It will fulfill this options and a little bit more :-)Cheers

But i dont want modify 10 Enfold themes manually and i dont want install extra plugins. I prefer a solution from kriesi with a fast update.BR

Hey, i’m not sure, what is the influence for SEO and ranking. For me, it’s not fine if some tools show me some dynamic results and duplicate content. Yoast is for me semi-professional in the free version, but good for basics and good for real time OnPage optimization. There are so many points over the horizon, which you must determine, if you want to rank better.

Hi Andy,
as responsive marked theme “Responsive designs that addapts to smaller devices (iphone, ipad)” i had the hope, i have with enfold on all devices a responsive design. In other words: On every device i have an unique clear and clean professional design. Without extra coding between device or screen sizes. For my understanding, a rule is missing on theme side which define same heigh and width for all content in a block or row, dependend on the content inside. Like Buttons, Headings etc. What do you mean? Should user define for every page inline css rules?
The Goal should be: to have all Buttons in the same size, depending of the biggest element (as option) if user this want or not.
I my picture: The minimum claim should be to have same sizes in one equal height of all elements in one row, better: To have the button set in equal dimensions like on big screens.
The Achieve: Call to action buttons to send the visitors to the right subpageCheers

The most important heading on the page should be the H1.

i cant understand, why Enfold go at all this way. What is the sence to give a logo an h1- tag or strong tag? Only user should determine, what is an h-tag and what is italic and what is strong. For SEO: h1-to h3 tags and strong tags are important factors to show google “oh, this is heavy weighted”. The same on footer with widget title: if user define contact or adress –> it’s h3 tag. But this is not good for SEO. What should think google algorithm about that? Is adress and contact also a weighted keyword?
You give all users the same useless seo-way on the one hand or the other way to manipulate php-code by hand. Is see so often “ok, manipulate this manually in css or php” Is this your solution for basics and your customer relationship? And after update, you must update code also. For 9 installations of enfold: Funny and extra work. No, i dont work with child themes.

And what does Kriesi? Kriesi gives all users his own way to the hand. The first H1-Tag is the entry title. Why? And now? I want to define my own h1-tag, ONE UNIQUE H1-Tag per page with my SEO-keywords and not one word as entry title and not before my definition of the h1 Tag. All of your users have the same funny stuff inside. At least: two h1 headings. “Nice and very good” for SEO, if you interpret Matts Cutts words.
You can check this by yourself. There are enough good free scanners to get a fast overview, what happens with your theme.

The H1 heading consists of only one word. There should be more information given.
The H1 heading is too short. (19 characters) It should be at least 20 Characters long.The search engines uses the heading tags for the keywords, but excessive use of heading tags can be flagged as SPAM. For best practice try not to use more than 30 heading tags in the webpage
____Ok, i have defined 29 headings. But from which source comes the other? Ohh. 1 from entry title – one word (really good for seo) and 4 from footer like “menu, contact, email, last post”
And this are reasons, why Enfold gives an visible impact in SEO to his users. Same with your Backlink in footer, which i must also manipulate per hand. User should determine, in which direction is the link-juice, not Kriesi.

And it’s impossible, to have a unique design for logos to have the same equal height. All Logos are defined with 120 px height and different width. And: of course: Every logo from clients have different heights and width or designs. Some have rectangle, some have quadratic designs. But slider scaled also the height and width for rectangles. It’s impossible and a never ending story. All logos hanging crisscross with strong scalings, it’s looks so ugly. See picture in the attachement

Should user define responsives rules also for height again for every screen and should user check this on “resoultion checkers” is the whole page and all responsive and good designed? Do you not prefer a solution which your CSS experience as own CSS-Rule in your css-file instead users type in some stuff as inline code? And: inline code should prevented or not? Keyword: Content to code ratioWhy is it so difficult for Kriesi with this great theme, to create css rules for that and for unique font size for responsive design. I have a big set for easy rules defined, which are solved and delivered at another themes in a easy way. Like responsive heading fonts or button fonts, buttons with equal length and height for a good, unique,equal consist design. I have bought your theme 9 times. And on every installation, i must do the same steps with manually defined css.
And please insert an option, that user can decide, should your kriesi link is shown on socket or not (yes, i know: i must manipulate php manually. Very user friendly – user should decide: in which direction is the flow of the link juice. Or did i get back a backlink from your page ? Most of your user have not SEO-Background and link juice is unknown and they use this again and again. For you: yes, it’s great with 1.4*10^6 backlinks :-)
