Thanks, Yigit! It works now – I’ll keep the image suggestion in mind :)
Great, thanks!
Works, thank you!
Hi Yigit,
Again – sorry for the late response – I have tried this code and again nothing changes. I have replaced the page ID with the the relevant page ID, but it’s making no difference. Just a question though – why would the special heading section affect the title of the contact page? Despite my user name (my employer chose it) I know nothing about CSS – all I know is that I can customise the CSS given to me to suit my color, font size or page needs, etc. and insert it into Quick CSS and that’s about it unfortunately…
Hi Yigit,
Sorry for the late response – I’ve tried adding this code to the Quick CSS and have given it about 1/2 an hour, but it’s not making any difference. Any suggestions?
Best
Awesome, thanks!
Thanks – but I mean without first loading the PDF in a different window (because some browsers aren’t displaying it correctly), so it would just automatically download when you click on it, or give you the “save as” option?
Hi all,
I’m quite a newbie – how do I make a PDF file downloadable from within an icon list?
Is there a form tag I have to edit and if so, where do I edit it?
Thanks
Hi Yigit,
Thanks! I forgot to mention that I’d like to change the color of the Team Member Name element, as well?
Thanks

September 18, 2013 at 9:43 am in reply to: Tracking Contact Form Submission in Google Analytics #162826Apparently, the URL doesn’t normally show – clueless, like I said – but where can I access that extension?
Thanks!
Hi Nick,
This works fine, unless the contact form has been placed in a half-page element – then it reacts oddly, not perfectly centered.
Got it, thanks.
Thanks!
Hi Devin,
Yes that works – however, it seems to have reset other functions of the bullet points feature. We had added this code earlier, as it allowed bullet points to follow sentences to the center when aligned to center, and not stay on the left hand side:
ol {
float:right;
}
This is now rendered mute with your changes. Is there a way to still keep this active? Sorry, I didn’t think of mentioning it before.
Thanks
Hi Devin, sure – there are plenty of examples on this page: http://500.uk.com/500-services/ The bullet points under “Phone Features” for example.
The word “communications” should be aligned with the start of the phrase “A desktop…”
I hope this helps.
Thanks
Hi Ismael, I’ve applied these changes – still not centered though. Any suggestions?
July 19, 2013 at 12:08 pm in reply to: Description Column in Tables Not Displaying on iPhone #126776Alright, I think the best thing to do here is to start completely from scratch: the page itself looks terrible now. Tables are not corresponding/aligning correctly in a horizontal manner and first box in the final row is consistently too large compared to the rest – about 3 times too large.
So, as of today, these are the 3 dilemmas:
1. Tables are not aligning correctly (the descriptive and default columns are not equalized)
2. Tables are not displaying properly on iPhones – only default column shows
3. (New) Tables are not displaying properly on iPads – content is cut off after a certain number of characters.
In this thread, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/description-column-in-tables-not-aligning-properly-with-adjoining-columns the alignment issue in number 1. was sorted, but now the tables have gone wonky again, which is why I suggest starting over, because there’s no point
in creating css to resolve the iPhones and iPads issues if the tables are displaying incorrectly in the first place.
Tables can be seen on these two pages:
Works – thanks, Nick! And making the form title and post thank you message aligned to the centre?
Oh – and also Nick, that code you provided for the ghost color, do you add that to Quick CSS? Cause it has been added to that with our preferred color, but no changes have taken effect?
Alright – problem’s resolved. One more thing – is there a Quick CSS I can use to center the alignment of the “thank you” message?
Okay, removed initial .CSS – gone back to only displaying one column with “got it” text. Can view it at http://www.siptrunkplus.com
July 10, 2013 at 10:14 am in reply to: Description Column in Tables Not Displaying on iPhone #126772-Keeping in mind that the lines that were added to the CSS as instructed in the first suggestion are still there – should they now be removed?
July 10, 2013 at 10:06 am in reply to: Description Column in Tables Not Displaying on iPhone #126771Hi Devin, apparently there was a mis-communication on our part, the person that deals with the CSS tried the first option where you needed to add lines to the CSS, not the second where you had to remove the line. So it was a duplicated effort – so my fault on that, sorry.
However, your third suggestion seems to be working now, the only problem is that it’s showing the same issue as the table originally did right in the beginning – there was a thread about it on the forum: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/description-column-in-tables-not-aligning-properly-with-adjoining-columns
The issue we were experiencing with the alignment on the website is now occurring on the phone. So both columns are displaying next to each other, but their alignment is off – as described in the above thread.
Problem solved, thanks guys!
Hi, thanks this works. There’s only one more glitch: the customizeable “thank you” message that’s supposed to display after clicking send does not come up. Is there any way resolve this?
And back to one of the original questions as well, is the “ghost font” or place-filler font that shows the content to be written in the content form is very dark and almost can’t be seen with our color scheme. Is there a way to change it to a brighter color?
Thanks
Sure, it’s the siptrunkplus.com home/landing page. The table previews fine on an iPad and obviously computer screens, just not the iPhone. It’s the table below: “Quick Comparison of Our Sip Trunk Plus Service”.
Perfect solution, thanks!
