    Why is it taking so long to solve this? We need the site for Business Purposes and cannot wait for 5 days for someone to log in with the credentials and solve this. Imagine that we also have a problem with the main menu at the same theme and we are still waiting for this as well.

    Hi Victoria. The problem is with the main menu which is displayed at all pages. If you see the sitemap at the footer i try to add pages to the menu under for buyers and for vendors sections. They do not show up when you mouse over. If you check the site via mobile there are there! I have provided the log in details can you please log in and solve this?

    Hi Ismael,

    No i did not add anything on that page. Furthermore the main menu does not work. I mean when i add a subpage at the menu and i hover my mouse over it does show underneath the subpages. Can someone from support log in and solve these two problems? I am in my service contract duratio. I have provided the private details in my previous post.

    Hi Victoria, thank you for your response. I found out that my php was outdated and i had to update it to 7.2. Everything is fine now.
