    I’m experiencing the same problem on the galaxy s9 – works fine on PC / Chrome.
    Tested on 2 x pages Enfold 4.6.1

    Could You try to change the setting:

    Enable cookie consent messages: = Use as a simple message bar only

    That works for me – had the same problem

    Hi,
    It looks like it might be due to a temp. conflicts with ‘Cookie bar’ try. to disconnect it, if active, it works with me.

    Hi,

    This may be because the latest Enfold version 4.6 has removed your associated Privacy page.
    Try going to settings + privacy and see if a page is selected.

    But there is clearly an error on the Cookie bar page

    Thanks for checking it out.
    I reset Chrome and deleted all temporary data, again, again – it was obviously a local error.

    Hey,

    Latest update solved most problems.

    I just have problems with the url path to the background image in the main section (set from theme settings) not fit, but it can easily be overwritten via css.
    and it seems that you are aware of this error, so you can close this thread

    Hi ThePec,

    I have had the same problem … for me, the solution was to change the php version to 7.1 – subsequently I could change it to 7.2 + 7.3 without any problems.
    Maby it also solves the problem for you.

    Hi Victoria,

    Thanks, there are too many errors with 4.5.5 and it takes too long to troubleshoot on each installation (since the pages are live) – I’m waiting for a more stable version.
    Note, it’s all new errors due to. 4.5.5 – All my pages work perfectly up to 4.5.4 – I have also tried to change php version, 7.2 / 7.3 – everything is updated etc ..

    I still experience errors with backgrounds, child theme cannot be recognized – (even though ‘Enfold’ has been deleted / subsequently added new version from ftp.) etc.

    I will return on this, when a new verison hopefully resolves div. mysterious problems.

    Hi Yigit,

    Thanks, Your solution solved some problems, but i think there is a lot of troubleshooting on different pages after the latest version.

    I have listed a few issues I have encountered on different pages I have updated.

    Maybe you can use them for troubleshooting:

    1) The update 4.5.5 changed the standad image to increase – originally to zoom
    – solution, change to zoom

    2) Update has trouble registering child theme
    – my solution: save first as an original Enfold – subsequently it works when I change it back to child theme

    3) Table failed due to short code – works in other tabels (se link in private) = Debug mode – didn’t show errors

    – my solution: remove shortcode and use a dot.

    If you try to update some of your own demos, (i can see that they run with version 4.4) – then it might make sense with all the mysterious mistakes that suddenly pop up.

    I stop updating my themes for now, it takes too long to troubleshoot, And then I hope that there is a more stable version just around the corner..

    Let me hear if there’s anything I need to elaborate more on

    Hey Victoria,

    I have tried to disable all plugins in addition to woocommerce and wpml + remove ‘Child Theme’ – but the page is still displayed incorrectly by latest version 4.5.5

    Note: I have had the same setup on several of my pages for years (always up-to-date with latest updates) and it worked perfectly on all pages until version 4.5.5.

    There is something wrong when suddenly there are errors on several pages.

    I have tried to update 3 live pages, where there are only a few plugins – and there were errors of 2 out of 3, so I don’t feel comfortable by updating more before there is a more stable version.

    Hope You will investigate this as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I can confirm the blurry text in PC with Chrome 72, woo 3.5.5 and Enfold latest in one of my pages – see link under private section.
    (I have several other pages where there are no problems – can it possibly. be the font type or something similar.)

    Temporarily fix from Grimson-Guard seems to work for me, but if you try to refresh a few times, you should be able to see that the text are first blurry and there after corrected by css ..

    Hi Guenni007,

    Thanks, perfect – it seems to solve the problem.

    You can close this, but I would recommend that Enfold remove this text – or make it possible to remove it through the admin.

    Hi,

    Have you seen the ‘Classic Editor’ text next to each product in the woo overview on a any wp standard tempate ??

    My customers think it’s confusing – and it makes no sense that the text is shown when you have chosen only to use ‘Classic Editor’

    Hi Guenni007,

    Thanks, As I described, I do not want to completely remove ‘post state’ (for example. ‘Draft’ must be visible) – I only want to remove unnecessary text ‘Classic Editor’.

    It seems that it is a ‘Enfold’ theme problem – I think they should pass this to development, as I do not experience the problem on other templates..

    Hi Vinay,

    Unfortunately, it doesn’t work for me, and if it did, wouldn’t it also remove ‘draft’? – It should not be removed.

    It seems that it is a ‘Enfold’ theme problem, i have tried to switch to a standard wp template ‘Twenty Seventeen’, ‘Twenty Nineteen’ and ex. premium ‘Flatsome’ theme – here is text is not shown.

    Hi Michael,

    Please go to: Appearance> Menu (select ‘right corner’ screen settings)
    Here you can select ‘description’ to appear + Save (blue button).

    Subsequently, you can enter descriptions for each button.

    Hello again,

    Does not remove the text – I have translated ‘Classic Editor’ text it into blank – but it is a half solution.
    Please change so that no unnecessary texts is shown like ex. ‘Classic Editor’ + ‘Avanced Laoyout Builder’ under every pages and products ….

    Hey,

    I’ll try again, again …

    If I have activated the ‘Classic Editor’ plugin + select wp settings / writing that I want to use ‘Classic Editor’ and that it should not be possible for the user to choose between blog and Classic editor, the text is still displayed on Enfold.
    If I change the theme to ex. Twenty Nineteen, the text ‘Classic Editor’ is not displayed.

    Therefore, it is not immediately possible to remove the text on Enfold.

    Please tell me how to remove the text, as I do not want it to be there, as it makes no sense when the user has no choice.

    Hope you understand … I have bought many Enfold templates and this is a simple template fix that should be fixed by Enfold in my opinion.

    Hey Victoria,

    I do not think that’s right, it’s because your Enfold built-in ‘Classic Editor’ text is displayed.
    Please take a look at it again – For example, under pages, ‘Advanced layout builder’ and products ‘Classic Editor’ text will appear – there is also no reason for it.

    Of course, Could you kindly test on your own demo, since I’m pretty sure it’s a general error

    I can see that there are several who have the same problem

    Thanks, but can you tell me if there is a way to open it in a new window, as the terms and conditions are quite comprehensive on many pages – and it may be a good idea for the user to see other pages like ex. freight and personal information

    Hey,

    I’ve found out why it does not work – it looks like because of the ‘Advanced layoutbuilder’. When the conditions are created with it, it does not invoke the inline window anymore – in plain text i works.

    It would be great if you could find a solution

    Hi,

    Mystical, has the same problem, but it does not help to replace the file, instagram feed will only be shown when I’m logged in to wordpress admin.

    If you’ve had the problem, please check if it’s only me that can see instagram on the page when I’m logged in to admin. ? – When I log out the feed only show,’Instagram has returned invalid data. ‘
