Thanks for responding. I had added “#test-popup” to the link field in the button element settings (see screenshot: http://snag.gy/HTxnt.jpg) but still don’t see how to add the class to the link.
Rikard, thanks for the tip. I didn’t even see that code displayed on the front end until you pointed it out. I had added that code to the Header Footer plugin (I think it was called something like that). The problem is now solved. (I deactivated the plugin and I probably deleted the code from it too.)

Thanks, Yigit. That makes the logo smaller, but doesn’t move it above the page such as what happens on a phone. However, we found another way around the situation, so you can close this out. Thanks for the great customer support that Enfold gives.
Is it possible to image map the logo using custom CSS instead of using a widget that would require a child theme?

I imagine that change would disappear with the next theme update. So should I use a child theme, and if so, do I need to create a loop-index.php file in the child theme folder, then add specific code while removing the lines you mentioned?
Worked as stated. Thank you. However, is there a way to have the caption or title display not in a tooltip where the image has to be hovered over first?

P.S. The concern I have is that when the shortcodes are used in the advanced layout editor, the phone number gets pushed to a second line in the Mayor and City Council sections on the lower part of the page (when on a desktop/laptop screen). When the shortcodes are just in the default editor then it the phone number is on the same line.
I had a problem with the site, but have restored it so the 404s should be gone. If you still need me to deactivate plugins, can you give me a time frame of when you’d likely be looking at the site so I can turn them off just during that period and let a user know? Thanks.
Thanks for being willing to take a look. The website is listed in the private section. I don’t have the Better WordPress Minify plugin activated right now, but if you need it on in order to figure out if the scripts need to be reordered, let me know.

If I understand right, what you are saying to do is how I would format an individual post. I want to format the post template so that our client doesn’t have to format each post individually. Is it possible to format a page then set it as the post template, or something like that?
