Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
Best regards,

As the issue seems location based, it seems to be more of a network connection issue.

Jordan ShannonAugust 21, 2018 at 12:28 pm #999791Hi,
We’ve tried multiple locations and computers now, and it does not seem to be location or network-related.
We’ve tried deactivating plugins one by one, without luck. We also tried deleting the cache of our WP Super Cache plugin, as this seemed logical. The Avia Layout Builder is still not loading. Where do we go from here?
August 21, 2018 at 8:12 pm #999992Hi Bravoavas,
Can you please deactivate all the plugins and let us check then.
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 22, 2018 at 8:46 am #1000169Yes, yes they are.
All plugins except ssl are disabled now, and the errors are still there. It doesn’t appear to be the specific plugins, but rather the Avia Layout builder and other back-end tools. I don’t know how they work together with the theme.

Please check the pages now.

VictoriaAugust 22, 2018 at 2:30 pm #1000350Hi Victoria,
Did you do any changes to make it load fine? If so, what did you change?
I have the same issue still, the editor is not loading, and the errors in the console are the same as earlier.
August 24, 2018 at 10:35 am #1001103Hi Bravoavas,
I did not make any changes, it was working when you disabled all plugins, the errors are caused by one of the plugins.
Can you please try using a different browser?

VictoriaAugust 24, 2018 at 11:55 am #1001152Hi,
Did you try deactivating all plugins and check for the conflict?
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.
We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
Vinay -
