I have a few websites that use your theme and haven’t had too many speed/load issues. This site is loading slow and Godaddy says it is probably the Theme or plugin or combo. I have optimized the images already. Can you check to see if there is an issue with this theme slowing down the site? Thank you!!

I analyzed your website with gtmetrix and the main problem is the website size – it’s about 8,5mb which equals 2 or 3 mp3 files! See: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/gpcimultifamily.com/DAu4w9oK
I’d recommend to compress the images, to reduce the number of files, etc.
