    Hi Team,

    Can someone please log in and find out why Enfold is repeatedly coming up with a 503 error every time I try to upload media. I have already spoken with my host and there is nothing stopping it on their end, they have suggested I contact you. Details below, thanks so much in advance

    There are some additional logs that I have attached, I have no idea whats happening with the theme, seems to be going crazy! Not sure if this is part of the problem? Thanks so much guys appreciate your help so much!!!!

    Hi,
    I see that you are using Enfold Version: 3.8.5 with WordPress version: 4.9.8
    Please update to Enfold version 4.4.1, which is compatible with WP:4.9.8

    Hi I also have another website that I am building that is now coming up with exactly the same issue, this is starting to get ridiculous, why does enfold prevent images from being uploaded. This is a major issue, if we can’t upload images then we have to change themes! This needs to be fixed ASAP as this is becoming a real joke!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, I uploaded an image without any problems. Please see private. How can we reproduce the problem? This is likely not a theme issue:

    503 Service Unavailable. The server is currently unable to handle the request due to a temporary overloading or maintenance of the server. The implication is that this is a temporary condition which will be alleviated after some delay.

    You can upload tiny kb files all day long the minute you try to upload a 1mb file its crashing, I am really upset, I have found lots of articles about this issue, I really wish you guys would spend some time on the dev section to make sure this error can be replicated on your end and fixed.
    This is a great theme, but this is letting it down badly

    Hi wildlilly ,

    The theme itself does not limit or govern staff like that, it’s either your server configuration or some security plugin.
