Hi, first thank for your work for this great theme.
How can i remove the gaps between these container content, they gat even bigger on mobile version.
-the one under the layer slider
-and the one up and down the living room pictureI try many short code but I’ve been stuck on this for 2 days, so I just renew my license for this issue, I hope someone can help

I still need to display the “av_section_1” it’s the graphic transition between the layer slider and the main content. The size supposed to be 34px but it add some space up or down according to where I put the position top or bottom, but I need to remove this space.
Same for the “#av_section_3” if I put the background position to center top the space remain down I already tried.
And if you resize the window as a phone or as a tablets there’s some gap all over the page. It’s what iam trying to get rid of.If you have a solution to remove them?

Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css, if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css
.avia-section { min-height: 30px; }Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve in your other point?

1/ Here is the template, you can see in red the spaces i need to remove.

Many element was going wrong from the regular screen to the mobile version, so I had to gave up many graphic elements create for a full with version to avoid these problem.
But today I have a other issue, Google map don’t seems to work, I look around the forum I tried to create a new API Key but the map wont display. Same with a older client website…

Hi,
I checked your site and it is an API key error and has nothing to do with the theme. Please try again and follow the steps provided in the documentation to create an API key and it should work for you. Google Map
Try to create a new API key without any restrictions and add it to your site.Before you add the API key please try disabling the CSS and JS merging in Enfold > Performance tab.

Hi,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I checked your settings and the google map API key is incorrect. please see screenshot attached.
Please try again and create a working API key by following the steps mentioned here https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/google-map/
The maps will work fine for you :)

I checked your API key but it’s not connecting. I’m not sure how you were able to connect with it. Could you check it a few times continuously again?
If the maps still don’t work for you it could be because as of July 16, 2018, Google maps will return an error if billing is not enabled. Please try and enable billing.

I had follow step by step the tuto for “How to register a google maps API key” and the ”troubleshoot” part too
I tried different setting, regenerating the key, enable the GeoCoding service, enable the billing too in every key, disable all the plugin and trying different setting for each Api Key.Best regards,

You’re right, you cannot use two background images for the color section and the grey section above is empty. You can add another section in between and make the background you want there.

I try also to set up the pattern in the Alternate Content section area then select it in the color section but then the background stay white.
About that same grey aera, if it’s able to be color in grey ain’t there a way to fill it with the pattern?i seems possible with a css short code, i was searching on the web some people was making it happen with some css3 language. i give it some try but i could succeed, maybe one of you who know more about that theme structure can help ?

What I meant should be done on the page you’re building, adding a section above and below the section with white content and assigning that images as a background for empty sections.

thanks for you tips, i had to review the design élément but it seems to work like that. Exept that i have some huge gap appearing in portrait mode between the different section as you see in the private content. i try to reduce that space reducing the padding between the container and content but it dont seems to work.

I’ve tried many different way to build the page this weekend but these gap remain, they only appear in portrait mode. exemple phone and tablette. It seems like these gap a create to adjust the content separation but they are just too big.
If you think about a way to remove them?

Have you tried setting the color sections’ Background Repeat to “Stretch to Fit” instead of “Scale to Fit”? You may need to adjust the “Background Image Position” too. Here’s the result when I set the repeat to “Stretch to Fit” instead of “Scale to Fit”, and the position to “top left” instead of “center “center”.

I’m having an other issue, lots of titles and textes on my website appear on mobile phone with a other font really not as it suppose to. If you have a solution. You’re really welcome :)

Thanks for the update.
I don’t really see any issue with that section aside from the h1 text bleeding outside the container on smaller screens. You can fix that with this css code.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .avia_textblock h1 { font-size: 20px !important; } }You can adjust the font size value as you wish.

It’s not the bleeding the problem but the fact that the font type of the different title change, according when i look at the web site one a pc or a smartphone or an ipad. I want the title to appear in the font “Poiret one” in all different version i create some style and div link in the css but this only work for the wide screen version.
How this can be fix?Best regards,
