How to replace normal contact form with the cognito form with auto-fille fields

The task is to create the registration form with the auto filled fields. A specific url will be created for each recipient and using parsing function through cognito plugin the fields (name, surname, firm and etc.) will be filled automatically. It is not a problem to do so on a separate page but we need to insert this registration cognito form instead of normal contact form into our main page where we use enfold theme.

Could you pls suggest us the solution how we can do it. If we need to use another plugin, just let us know.
