    Hi,

    I change my host for some reason after that when i add YouTube Video in Media Elements does not play and i see black background and YouTube link. you can see it below:

    what is happening is it for server side or not?

    Thanks for the feedback, I created a new test page. Please see private.

    I get the same error but I’m not sure what is causing it unfortunately. Did you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?

    Hi,
    Yes I disable all plugin and re-install WordPress but nothing change. i have 3 WordPress for 3 other languages on this host and all of theme have a same problem. I contact host for this issues but they said this problem is not for server side. I have Russian languages on other host with no error!!! please see this Russian language what is different? i have same plugin and same setting for it.

    Edit: One thing i can’t understand is my oldest post that have a video on YouTube correct with no error on ariamedtour.com but when i create new post is gone away.

    Hi,

    My bad. I just checked (https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/changelog/) and it turned out that that version hasn’t came out yet so you’re actually using the latest version. Please provide the FTP details in the private field so that we can check the files. The video element is rendering a link tag instead of iframe or video tag.

    I was able to connect via FTP but I get this error afterwards.

    Error: The data connection could not be established: ECONNREFUSED – Connection refused by server

    Hi,

    I can now login to the file server but I can’t access the site after logging in to the dashboard. It just redirects to a blank page with the text “error” on it.
