I bought the theme and was trying to create a slider with heading on the home page like I had done in my other website ( enfold theme ) – http://www.lightsinyoga.com

I have purchased the theme again for http://www.yogamystica.com and would want to make the same design for slider image with the heading.
I am creating a color box, selecting a background image in it, keeping the section height 100 ( for full-screen slider ). Still, I am getting a very small image and it’s not working properly. Even videos in the sidebar are not working.

    Please look into it!

    Hey shailendra,
Thank you for the login, when adding a image to your color section for your background, please scroll down though the options and ensure that the image is large. In my test I couldn’t find a image larger than 600px, and most were 300px. So I believe you choose images that are too small to cover the page.
Please see screenshot in Private Content area of the option I’m referring to.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Dear Mike,

Yes, I am aware of that. Since I made a website using color section – http://www.lightsinyoga.com with the enfold theme.

I added a higher resolution picture. When you choose the picture in the background image, select the first image. It’s of a higher resolution. ( black tee guy standing in middle and two females doing yoga in the centre )

Please check and let me know!

I have added the image for your reference. When I add it, the text doesn’t show on it. I’m doing exactly the same settings as in http://www.lightsinyoga.com

Please look into it, and check my previous message too!

    Hi undead007,

Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?

Which pages do have the issue on? I checked a few pages and do not see the color sections with the issue.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

I deleted the whole theme, installed it again with a new start.

On the locations page, if I am making any changes in the page, the whole page gets deleted and I’m getting this message –

The backup of this post in your browser is different from the version below. Restore the backup
This will replace the current editor content with the last backup version. You can use undo and redo in the editor to get the old content back or to return to the restored version.

Please look into it and I am having many problems with Enfold now. I am really tired with this.

    Hi,
Thanks for the login, I enabled the de-bugger and tested your locations page, but didn’t find any errors. I also tried adding a color section and text element to the page, which worked fine.
Can you explain what you are trying to change on the page when this error occurs so we can duplicate it.

    Best regards,
    Mike

okay, see on https://www.yogamystica.com/locations page I have added a color section, below that there is a text box. If I am writing anything in the text box, the content of the whole pages gets deleted after the color section.

    Let me know :)

    Hi,
Thank you for pointing that out, typically errors like this can be caused by un-closed html tags, such as a missing “strong” tag in a title, which I found in the title of “Our Locations”:

    <strong>Our Locations<strong></strong>

I tried going back with “revisions” to remove the extra strong tag, but each time I try removing it the page is lost again,
I recommend trying to re-create the page, and watch out for un-closed tags. I also see you have a few templates saved in the editor, if you have been reusing these on several pages has it led to similar errors?

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Dear Mike,
Yes, I am using some part of the templates on different pages. Can this cause an error?

Okay, I’ll make the pages again.

    Hi,
If the template contains a error, such as the missing/extra strong tag, and it is used to create other pages, then it would carry the error to those new pages.
If the template has no errors, then it will work correctly.
Have you seen similar errors on other pages?

    Best regards,
    Mike
