    I downloaded Enfold Demo Theme ‘Enfold One Page Portfolio Demo’ and managed to successfully upload it to my WordPress site. When I activated it, it looked nothing like the demo I had purchased and didn’t have the features as advertised (such as scroll through all pages). The theme it downloaded was ‘themeforest-4519990-enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme’. Can someone assist with this?

    Hey Beth,

    When you first install the theme then the default demo will be installed, you can import the demo of you choice under Enfold->Demo Import. Please try that out.

    Hi Rikard,

    I’ve had a look for the link Enfold->Demo Import and can’t find it, can you explain where I can find this on the Enfold website. Do you mean the demo needs to be downloaded again or can I do this from the page of my downloaded demos?

    This is the link I purchased it from https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/ but there is no option to import the demo as displayed in the pictures

    Hi Beth,

    Thanks for the feedback, I’m not really sure what you mean though. Can’t you see the options like in Victorias screenshot? Please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look if that is the case.

    Our themes are only sold on Themeforest/Envato.

    Hi, I submitted my login details on a private message and haven’t had a response, I’m keen to resolve this.

    I need credentials to the place where you cannot install Enfold. On WordPress.com is different, because you might not have access via FTP in case we need it, or do you?

    WordPress is where I need to install the enfold theme so the site and credentials you have are correct.
    I’m not sure what FTP is?

    Hi,

    From 3pm my web designer is going to be working on my website so if the correct theme is not uploaded by then there won’t be any point in uploading it at all and I will request a refund. Can you let me know if you are able to upload the correct theme by then please?
