Trouble with Aweber Lightbox Link?

I am trying to set up a sign up form on a new version of my site which is under construction with the enfold theme.

This works great on my existing site… essentially I want my Aweber opt-in form to come up like a pop-up, but only when the text link is clicked.

When I add the code the suggest to my actual link, then save the page, it saves the link with just ‘#’ (the pound sign). When I try refreshing the page(s) I have these links on, sometimes it works, other times when I click it just jumps to the top of the page. The actual form code is hidden at the bottom of the html.
Any idea what’s happening here?
I’ll add the two pages in question below in the PC.
