    Hi, can you please give me a hand with the hover image effect?
    I have placed a new hover image effect (hover effect 11 from https://miketricking.github.io/bootstrap-image-hover/)
    I use it in Areas of Expertise Page
    the problem is that i need to have a hover link for all the image of each area slide image. To make you understand i need when i place the mouse in COASTAL ENGINEERING for example to make it clickable to a certain page

    The login url redirects me to a 404 page. What is the correct login url? Please create a test page with the hover effect.

    below is the page.
    for some reason when editing all html disappears!
    first visit with direcory credentials the domain
    then go to wp-admin and enter

    Hey!

    When i try to go to wp-admin, i get “Resource Limit Is Reached. The website is temporarily unable to service your request as it exceeded resource limit. Please try again later.” error. Could you please check with your hosting provider? That might solve the issue as well.
    Also, please make sure you open and close HTML tags correctly.
