I am interested in purchasing the enfold theme.
I am building a wooCommerce shop website for myself so do I class as a Regular License for $59.00?Next is if I purchase the enfold theme can I install it in a testing website location example first at http://www.zedmail.net (just for self training) and get used to using it and once I have it all figured out can I then install it in the desired web address I am buying it for? example .. http://www.exampleshopingenfoldsite.com
Or to do the above must I purchase it twice when I only will have it in one end product?

Yes, if you use the theme on one domain or subdomain. You need a regular license for each wordpress instance.

Yes just make sure you don’t run the theme on both domains simultaneously. You can test/build the website on one domain and then transfer it to the staging server/domain without buying a second license.
