    Hi, great theme but i have a problem with Easy Slider and autorotation with Safari on Mac.
    Slider is playing well once, then i have a black screen.
    I have one picture, then one picture, then a video, then….. it doesn’t work
    It works fine with others browser and other OS.

    Here a test with video in second position (picture – video – picture), the easy slider stop after the second picture

    Autorotation is enabled, and all work with all other browser with any OS.

    Any idea ?

    Hey olasne,

    I get the same results on my end using Safari/OSX, please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi,

    I checked your website on Safari and at first it did not load for me as Safari disabled autoplay feature by default and it should be enabled by your visitors – https://www.howtogeek.com/326532/safari-now-disables-auto-playing-videos.-heres-how-to-allow-them-for-certain-sites/

    Ok so, no solution without that ?
    It seems autoplay is working but not autorotation with Easy Slider.

    Hi,

    Autorotation works for me as well. Your slider does not have navigation buttons so it rotated between sliders itself.
    If that is not what you meant, could you please elaborate?

    My slider doesn’t autorotate with safari on Mac.
    It plays first picture, then second picture, then video, then… nothing, black screen as if my slider is waiting for something
    on the other browsers it returns normally on the first picture, then second etc…

    This problem seems to be only with safari and Mac.
    no solution ?
    autoplay works no problem
    but my slider doesn’t return to slide 1. It stops on the third slide

    It seems that my slider is frozen after the end of the video (third slide). As if my slider was waiting for the video to be finished. But she is.
    Have you reproduced my problem?
    On Mac with Safari?

    On other operating systems with other browsers no problem, my slider restarts on slide 1

    So we can’t use a video on a fullwidth easyslider with Safari on Mac?
    We can’t get an autorotation slider with a video with Safari on Mac?

    Have you tried using a Layer Slider? Maybe it’ll work for you.
