Cannot save any changes & cannot import demo sitw

Hi. I’ve already posted this topic but have gone almost 2 days without a response, and in the meantime I cannot do anything with my site.

I purchased the theme, installed it to WordPress, all looked OK. But then when I went to start setting up the layout/design I kept getting an error; “cannot save. Try reloading the page and try again”. I then tried importing a demo site and also got an error. Literally everything I try to do with this theme comes up with an error.

I have had a sysadmin help me with the server side of things and we have gone through a myriad of steps to try and fix this issue without success. There are no errors in the error log. I’ve deactivated and deleted all plugins in hopes that it was some sort of compatibility issue. We’ve gone through these forums and found similar issues and replicated the steps those users were told to do.

It’s quite frustrating. As I said, I cannot do anything with my site until I get this theme working properly. I really need some help from support.
