Gravity Form not displaying correctly when using Conditional Logic

Hi,

I am new to fixing websites and taking care of some minor stuff but all this information and searching about jquery and stuff is out of my league. I dont know what can be causing this problem, but when using conditional logic on step 2 of my form, then the boxes and stuff arent displaying properly as if they are hidden or something.

I have been on every website there is and googled for 2 days straight but without solution. We are losing many customers because of this, and I saw some people on the forum get some help with this so I hope you guys can help me. You seem to know a great deal about these issues and you have fast and good support!
