Recently we updated our certificate to a secure (HTTPS) site (after my request because of Google updates). I’m trying to get the green padlock to show the site is secure, but I am running into theme elements and career page css that are not secure. Is this something you can guide me in on how to make those files secure? Please see the attached screen shot.

Please try to install a plugin like https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/ and check if this solves the issue.
