My site went down yesterday with a message about error 500
I mailed my hosting provider support (a2 hosting) and they told me to ask your help because of a team problem.

We would recommend consulting with the themes developer for further assistance

Please, try to delete all theme files. Then upload all new files again over FTP. Just dont forget to backup custom css and custom code lines in function.php if you have any.

I tried to delete the theam files and upload them back as i understand you suggested.
Nothing is working!!! getting the same blank screen with error lines.
I’m not familiar with this stuff and i’m not sure i’m doing the right thing.
Please try to be more explicit. my site is down for almost a week!!!
