    Hi there,

    I have been having issues with my shopping cart not sending emails to customers following a purchase. I’ve set up both Processing and Completed emails in the Woocommerce setup, and have been logging the emails sent via WP Mail Logging Log plugin.

    I performed a test of the Twenty Seventeen theme and the customer emails I had set up in Woocommerce were successfully sent. So, unfortunately, I’ve narrowed down the problem to the Enfold theme.

    Note: It’s JUST the customer emails that aren’t being sent. All other admin emails are sending just fine (new order notifications, etc).

    Login credentials are included in the private content.

    Please help!

    Is there any log file on the server where we can see if there is an option that is not been gone thorough?

    I did Install the WP Mail Login plugin that shows the history of emails sent through the server – the emails are not being sent. My earlier note is important about switching to a general theme – it does not appear to be the server as all other forms and functions are sending through just fine.

    I’m not sure about a log – the Error Log on the hosting doesn’t show any issues. The Woocommerce log doesn’t show any related issues either. Is there a specific place you’d like me to look otherwise?

    Hi,

    I tried on my system to check all the emails ( and as we do not have more reports about that ) and I couldnt locate any actual issue.
    Allow some more time, to dig into details, but it is strange that this has not reported before.

    Can you send us a link to your phpinfo file?

    I’m not seeing a php.ini file anywhere (I don’t manage the site’s hosting) but I’ve provided the FTP login for you below. Maybe that’ll help?

    Hi,

    I tried to locate the output of the emails, but I cant see where they are directed while sending an email.
    I think that the best option here is to ask the hosting provider if they can see where the issue is happening
    and if they can track the sending.
