VictoriaJuly 22, 2018 at 8:42 pm #988481This is requiring me to edit config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes > slideshow > slideshow.js
I do not want to do that because when I update the theme I will lose all my changes. Can this be done on the child theme?
Thanks
July 22, 2018 at 10:34 pm #988514Hi,
This bug has been fixed and will be in the next update.
I have included a link to the file in the Private Content area so you don’t need to edit it yourself, but please save a copy of your current file as a backup to ensure this works for you.
please put the file here:
/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow/slideshow.jsBest regards,

July 24, 2018 at 1:40 pm #989178Hi,
Thank you for the ftp access, I have checked your slideshow.js and it is the correct version
For me in Chrome, Firefox, & Edge the video is working without the [object] error. Which browser are you using?
Please try clearing your cache and checking in incognito or inprivate mode, again. If you still see the error, check with your webhost if your site uses a CDN (content delivery network) and if it can be cleared.
My thought is that if you are in the UK, & I’m in the US we could be seeing different versions cached on a CDNIf this persists I will ask for the rest of the team to check from their locations.
Best regards,

Getting error OBJECT OBJECT
July 28, 2018 at 4:15 am #990873Hi,
I believe I have solved this for mobile, please try clearing your mobile cache a couple of times and check.
I disabled your Javascript file merging and compression under the performance settings, I believe this had a copy of the old script in it.Best regards,
MikeAugust 1, 2018 at 1:47 pm #992398Hi Mike, are you able to send me this file – /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow/slideshow.js
I don’t quite understand the last fix and what is meant by:
“Hi,
@studioem: I forgot to revert the following line to the original code.if(this.isMobile)
The videos in the slider should work properly now.Best regards,
Ismael”August 2, 2018 at 4:15 am #992652Hi,
Here is the new slideshow.js file, it will be in the next update.
Please keep a backup of your current file, it’s good practice. If this doesn’t help, Please open a new thread so we can assist, and include your admin login and ftp access in the Private Content area, but as this is not your thread your login info will not be private.
Best regards,
MikeAugust 2, 2018 at 11:54 am #992836Hi Mike, thank you for this! I actually decided to change it to the Fullscreen Slider in the end as works the same but looks much better on mobile and that doesn’t have the same error. But I’ve updated this anyway just in case I revert back.
Many thanks for your prompt reply.
