I’ve been tasked with adding approx 1400 files to the website and make them searchable. I have a smaller group of files they want the 1400 to look like. I wasn’t sure if there was a good way to accomplish this hefty goal. I’ve added a link in the private content area to the page we’d like to mimic. We are open to any advice you may have.

If you want to make the pdf files searchable you need to install a third party plugin like WPSearch. The default wordpress search engine can’t index pdf files.
