    I’ve been seeing a plugin update alert for the last few weeks and finally did a debug and found out it’s LayerSlider that needs to be updated. The plugin is not accessible via the “plugins” list and my Enfold version is 4.4.1 How can I update it?

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Layer Slider is a bundled plugin and it will be automatically updated with the theme. For more information please check the Layer Slider documentation.

    Got it – just curious why after updating to the latest Enfold Theme the Layerslider is still saying there’s an update. Shouldn’t I have the latest version of Layerslider? It’s not a huge deal it’s just annoying to see the red 1 next to plugins constantly and I’d like to make it disappear if possible.

    Hi,

    If the plugin notification is displayed even after installing the new theme. It is usually because a new version of the plugin was released after we released a new theme update.

    I have not tested the below method but please feel free to give it a try on your staging site first for testing purpose and implement it on your live site.
