    Hello,
    I have two problem with the contact form and media upload.
    @contact form
    it doesn’t send more messages to our email inbox.
    The customer receives a confirmation and we don’t have your message.
    I tried to open the contact form but it continues to load and It doesn’t open.
    @media upload
    wordpress upload photo but I can’t add this in the photo gallery.

    Could you help me?

    Hey Europroject,

    Thank you for contacting us. I checked your site and there appears to be a plugin conflict. The “Facebook Pixel Conversions for WordPress” is not loading correctly.

    To find which if there is any other plugin causing the conflict please follow these steps:

    1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
    2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
    3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
    4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

    We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
