    Hi,

I purchased enfold and installed. However, I encountered the Fatal Error message as below:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function apply_filters_deprecated() in /home/my domain/www/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/class-framework-widgets.php on line 2234.

After this error, I was not able to access the WordPress login page so I removed the enfold folder from my server via FTP. Then, I tried to install again via WordPress but after installing, the following message was displayed:

    “Link is expired. Try again.”

My wordpress version is the latest (4.9.7).

I would appreciate your support on this.

    Best regards,
    Yamao

    Hi Yamao,

Which version of PHP are you using? Are you trying to install version 4.4.1? Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    Hi,

Thanks for that, though I can’t see the problem you described in your initial post. You are running 4.4.1 with a child theme and I can’t see any error messages anywhere?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Thanks for checking.
I haven’t downloaded the child theme yet. Where did you find the child theme?
I could activate the theme after I uploaded the enfold folder directly to the server via FTP. How is it different from uploading it via WordPress?

    Best regards,
    Yamao

    Hi Yamao,

Thanks for the info. I can’t see Enfold installed on your installation today though, so I’m guessing you still need help? Uploading the theme via WordPress and via FTP should not make any difference, both should work the same.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
