    Hi

    The backend and frontend is extremly slow. As a consequence we can not send traffic to our Onlineshop – we need to fix this first.

    I did already
    – install a plugin to compress images and scripts
    – upgrade the performance of our server
    – upgrade the current plugins and deleted all unnecessary plugins
    – installed query monitor (I have no idea what to do with the results)

    We have intalled PHP 7.2 and MySQL version: 5.5.60-0

    Can you pls have a look and advice? Logins are below.

    Hey nordkamm,

    Everything seems to be running fine on your site, except a WooCommerce ajax script. Could you try the solution in this thread to see if it helps? https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wc-ajaxget_refreshed_fragments-5/

    Thanks for the links – in fact I did not change anything now but it is fast again. Not sure what happened but we can close this ticket now.

    Hi Bernhard,

    That file was taking 15 seconds to load when I tested it, if you should experience the same thing again then I think the solution is in the link I sent. I’ll close this ticket for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
