    I don’t know if this is an Enfold issue or Bluehost (my hosting company) issue, but I have a “coming soon” home page set up for this company that’s a black background and red/silver lettering. Every time I check it, the home page has defaulted to a generic “A new WordPress site coming soon” page.

    Every time I have to go into the Enfold child theme I created (called Wired 4 Sound) and under the theme settings, even though the home page is already set to “home”, I have to make no changes but hit save. The correct home page sticks for about a day, maybe shorter, then defaults back again to the “A new WordPress site coming soon” page.

    The theme won’t seem to “keep” the home page as a home page. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hey bonbuttercup,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The theme has its own “Maintenance Mode” option. You can find that inside the same theme options panel. You don’t need to set the home or blog page in the Settings > Reading panel.

    I don’t understand your response. All I know is I’ve never had this issue before. I’ve now added one page with content and when I test this page in a new browser (Firefox instead of Chrome), I’m still getting “A new WordPress site coming soon,” even though this page has a Color Section, Text Box and Masonry Gallery. The page, http://www.wired4soundhavasu.com/wired-on-water/ should show content. Instead, it shows “A new WordPress site coming soon.”

    Something isn’t working right. This is a seriously stupidly simple site that these guys want. I can’t have them going to their website and finding “A new WordPress site is coming soon.”

    Please advise ASAP.

    Thank you. The other sites I’ve built were hosted elsewhere. I’ve never seen that option on Bluehost. Thanks again.
