    Dear support,

    The website of my client http://www.laserkliniekmaastricht.com is made by Appcom, but they decided to move to me and another host. I moved everything last weekend. But now I have an issue I need the purchase code to contact you. I also need the purchase code for update I suppose? Is it possible to move the code to me. My username at envato is CLeliveld
    The issue I have is with the codeblock see the code below. Can you tell me why it isn’t working?
    The code block in the mainmenu is working fine.

    You have ask for the purchase code from the person who purchased the theme or the company that acquire it. Unfortunately, we can’t help you with that because we don’t handle sales inquiries here. You should contact the Themeforest team. Maybe, they’ll consider transferring the license to you.

    Hi,

    I asked Appcom, but they said they use the license also for other clients and he didn’t want to give it.

    You can only use the regular license for a single website. They shouldn’t be using it on another project.

    Can you tell me why the Block code isn’t working, because it did before.

    Where did you add the code block element? Please provide a link to the actual page and the login credentials in the private field.

    What is the form supposed to do? It’s an empty input field when I checked the markup. Are there any corresponding scripts that we need to check?
