    Hi,

    I should say from the outset that I have a technical background, but I’m not very familiar with WordPress. That said, I managed to set up a website using the Enfold template. I have now come back to it to do some updating of the site and found that WordPress is misbehaving in two respects when I try to create a new page or edit an existing one: the Advanced Editor button is not responding, and the content window has a rotating wheel like WordPress is trying to load something (but never manages it). I therefore cannot create pages using the Advanced Editor functions.

    Please help!!

    Hi Ross,

    Thanks for the login details, could you upgrade the account to admin rights please? Otherwise we can’t see much on the backend. Did you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?

    Hi,

    No, I didn’t try disabling the plugins. It wasn’t on my radar. Will give it a go and also upgrade the account.

    Looks like it is a plugin conflict. I’m introducing them one at a time to identify the culprit!!

    It seems to be the “WooCommerce Catalog Visibility Options” plugin. As we’re not using it at the moment, I’ll deactivate all of the WooCommerce stuff!!
