    Hello,
    After installing Enfold, I try to download the ENFOLD2017 demo, but after two minutes I have the message “Import didn’t work! You might want to try reloading the page then try again”.
    I tried again and again, even with other demo, but nothing works.
    Wy site is on OVH server, sqlprive.
    Thank for helping.

    Hi,

    Please try to import the demo manually to see if that helps: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/initial-theme-setup/#manual-demo-import–xml-file-import-

    If not then the problem is likely due to server configuration, the max_execution time needs to increased in order to let the demo import process to finish.
