Tagged: permalink, portfolio item, slug
When changing the base of the permalinks for portfolio-item & portfolio-category I get a 404 response.
Couldn’t find a solution on the FAQ here that works with the current version 4.4

Please go to Settings -> Permalinks after you change and press save.
That should fix the problem.

Found the error. the blog posts had the same base / categorie name. everything works now, like it should :)

Well, that’s what I thought but it’s not the case. I am already there, to change the base. Instead of protfolio-item, I wanted to use something else, which is not working for the portfolios.
