Tagged: page footer
Hi Enfold Team,
If I set my test page “Footer” as footer in Enfold options, the page is set and marked as footer-page
in backend editor. I switched page-template to blank and also set the footer-option to hide. (i also tried different settings)
But there still appears the widget-style footer.
Are there any setting i have to set?
Best Regards,
Birger
Hey momoko-enfold,
I tried to check your site and setting the footer page doesn’t seem to work on your site.
Probably due to some plugin conflict, I tested this on my end and it does work properly so it’s not a bug.
Can you try to disable all plugins then check if the footer page shows properly please enable the plugins one by one to know which is causing the issue.
If it doesn’t please give us permission to disable plugins temporarily and give us ftp access, to try to check the error logs.
Best regards,
Nikko
Hi Nikko,
sorry for my delayed answer, but i had to handle some other tasks.
I tested a little bit in a stage-page. But with deactivating all plugins, it is still not working.
If you want to take a closer look at this issue, you can run tests in the stage-page.
Credentials see below!

Hi momoko-enfold,
You have the footer.php file in your child theme, did you update it with a fresh copy?
Best regards,
Victoria
OMG!
Victoria, you are again my enfold-hero :))
This leftover from a previous project caused the issue!
THANK YOU :)

Birger
